Fuel Espresso’s two blends were created in Trieste, the Adriatic port at the heart of the Italian espresso culture. They combine green beans from some of the world’s best coffee plantations. The secret of our blends is known only to three people who are forbidden from travelling together.

Our coffee is roasted in Wellington by a team of compulsive coffee roasters. Each batch is tasted to ensure consistency. The roasters love cupping each roast. They say that’s the part that proves their profession is more art than science.
